Change & Release  Management

   Change Management provides a standardised methods and procedures for handling
   of all changes to IT Infrastructure.

   Release Management, in conjunction with Change Management, provides planning
   and successful roll-out of new or modified software or hardware changes
   which should be logged and be traceable through CMDB.

   Most of clients have in place some of off-the-shelf solutions like HP Quality Centre,
   IBM® Rational® Software, Accurev Release Management or an open-source solutions
   like CollabNet, Git, Subversion but they almost never build a Release Management
   service resulting in software and hardware releases being an error prone IT activities   
   with increased business risk and cost.
